Terms of Service & User Agreement

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Thai with Bee Thai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a school, business, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

The Service is designed for learners of all ages. If you are under the age required to consent to online services in your country, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent, teacher, or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used to abuse the Service, or that pose a security risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you, or interfere with the Service's operation or security.
• Upload content — including voice recordings — that infringes copyright, violates privacy, or contains hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit material.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the lessons, audio, or other content without written permission.
• Use automated means to abuse rate limits or generate excessive load.

Some features (such as the admin recording studio) let you upload audio or other material ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content. By uploading, you grant Thai with Bee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and play back Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to grant this license.

The lessons, dialogues, romanizations, generated audio, code, design, and branding of the Service are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Thai with Bee or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning. Any other use — including redistribution, republishing, or use to train models — requires our prior written permission.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, authentication, and text-to-speech). Their availability, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. Your use of features that depend on third-party services is also subject to those providers' terms.

We are actively improving Thai with Bee. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. When changes materially affect you, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in the app or by email.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of pronunciation, translation, or educational content. You are responsible for evaluating whether the Service is suitable for your learning goals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thai with Bee and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or learning progress, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.

You agree to defend and indemnify Thai with Bee from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms, or Your Content.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if it is necessary to protect other users or the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
